The entirely privately held Company, has been founded in 2002 by skilled researchers of the
Optoelectronics Laboratory of the University of Brescia and was formally a spin-off company of the Italian National Institute for the Physics of Matter.
After more than 10 years of activity, the expertise of Q-Tech's Systems Development Team ranges over almost every aspect of optoelectronic system design: from complex optical components and high
frequency optoelectronic front-end design to fully embedded data processing systems development.
Since 2011 Q-Tech conforms to the quality management systems standard UNI EN ISO9001:2008 for design and development of optics and optoelectronics systems.
