The QT-FLX01 module is a four-channel time measurement unit for fast and accurate time interval measurements. The module can be viewed as a free running high resolution counter with each individual measurement channel capable of recording the time of arrival of edge signals with reference to a common input sync signal. The module is able to provide a measurement time resolution of 13ps, a single-shot accuracy of 8ps, and a maximum event input rate of up to 200MHz.
You can combine this module with an NI FlexRIO FPGA module to create a fully customizable PXI based time measurement instrument for a wide variety of applications.
